Having trouble signing in? Try these common errors
#1 What password/username are you using?
Check to be sure the password you are using matches the password emailed to you on your purchase receipt. Please note that each Personal Diet purchase includes a receipt. These purchase receipts
were sent
automatically to the email you indicated when you registered for the dietitian's services.
#2 I just tried the password ID on my purchase receipt (username: Mary password: Jane) and it didn't work.

As noted on your purchase receipt the password you are using is case sensitive. To gain access to your diet or the dietitian's
support site with your password, pay attention to whether you
have lowercase, uppercase or a combination of upper & lowercase letters on the password on your purchase receipt; this is important because access to your diet program requires you type in
your "exact" password. The passwords are case sensitive which basically means you must use both upper and lowercase letters exactly as they are on your receipt. For example, if your registered your password as: MARY and your Username as: Jane , you must enter your password using all
uppercase letters for mary & your username must use all lowercase letters with the exception of the "J" which must be capitalized to gain entry! Because the password retrieval
system used is case sensitive, access to your Personal Diet is not possible unless you TYPE THE PASSWORD EXACTLY AS YOU REGISTERED IT! If you are unsure of your
password please review your receipt which has a copy of your registered password.
- Check your caps lock key (capitol letter key) on your computer. Make sure it is not engaged when typing your password.

Do not add unintended spaces between letters of your password.
If you are still having difficulties entering the site -
check your privacy setting on your computer's browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape,etc).
If the security settings have been adjusted above the standard setting - you will not be able to
enter the Personal Diet sites. If you are unfamiliar with these settings and no one else made changes to these setting, they're probably fine.
Still Can't Get In!
I typed my password exactly as listed on my receipt, paid careful attention to #1 ( the password on my receipt)
and to #2 ( typed my password with capital and lowercase letters as it appeared) and I still can't get in. Now what?
#3. Browsers and "Cookies"
Please note that if anyone has adjusted your privacy or cookie settings on your Internet Explorer or Netscape browser -
beyond normal - you'll need to adjust these back for access to the tracking site. Besides typing in your password correctly (lowercase) - and correct privacy/cookie settings (normal is fine) you
should have no problems accessing any areas of the Personal Diet site. If you continue to have problems let us know - we'll be glad to change your password.
4. 99% of the time the password issued will give you access to your diet and the support site without a problem. In special cases there is a need for technical support from the
webmaster.

If after trying all of the above suggestions (#1, #2,and #3), you are still having difficulty logging in, email tech support at
personal@personal-diet.com and they will reset your password or provide you a new one.
